Vaccines & Appointments
No exam fee for vaccines
$60 consultation fee for a 30-minute appointment.
Standard vaccine appointments: Please note we are currently only accepting walk-in appointments.
Prescriptions & Medications
We carry a curated selection of medications for your pet’s ongoing care, including:
Heartworm prevention
Flea & tick prevention
Select antibiotics and anti-inflammatories
Oral sedatives
We also offer chronic medications at prices that beat Chewy’s! Please give us advanced notice so that we can make sure we have the medication in stock.
Written prescriptions are available upon request.
We do not accept faxes or emails from online pharmacies, and we do not call prescriptions into pharmacies.
Terms & Conditions
We want every visit to be a positive one — for pets, owners, and our team.We are not a full-service animal hospital. Our focus is on vaccines, wellness care, and treatment of common conditions such as ear infections, skin infections, urinary tract infections, and valley fever.We do not perform surgeries, dental cleanings, x-rays, or euthanasia services. If your pet needs advanced care, we can refer you to a full-service veterinary hospital.The exam for vaccines does not establish a Veterinary Client-Patient Relationship (VCPR) and is not a substitute for an annual exam with your family veterinarian.You will receive an emailed copy of all exam notes and services performed. If you have questions about any findings, you may schedule a $60 consultation or follow up with your regular veterinarian.Payment is due at the time of service. We do not offer payment plans or additional discounts.Because we value safety, we cannot see aggressive or severely fearful pets.If your pet requires a muzzle, we ask that you medicate them with a sedative prescribed in advance.We strive to make visits as low-stress as possible for all animals in our care.
Vaccine Reactions
Vaccine reactions can occasionally occur — even with high-quality vaccines.
In dogs, reactions may include vomiting, hives, facial swelling, lethargy, or diarrhea.
In cats, reactions may look like fever, hiding, decreased appetite, or lethargy.
If a reaction occurs while we are open, we can administer:

Our Low-Cost Veterinary Clinic now offers Cytopoint injections for your itchy dog!
Cytopoint is a monoclonal antibody that can help reduce itching in dogs that have environmental allergies.

The initial injection is given at the time of an exam, which is $60 for the exam. There are no additional exam fees for subsequent injections as long as the yearly exam is up-to-date and your dog is only coming in for a Cytopoint injection.

Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept cash and major credit cards.
Due to our low-cost pricing, we do not offer discounts or payment plans.
Wait times may vary, but we strive to keep your visit efficient and friendly.
Anesthesia Free Dental Cleaning Services
- These services are available at Petz Place approximately every 30-45 days inside of the store.
- Veterinary Supervised Teeth Cleaning for Dogs & Cats.
- Schedule your appointment @ Petz Place.
- A $35 deposit will hold your appointment for the next scheduled clinic.
Clinic Pricing:
- Dogs under 50# - $200 cash
- Dogs 50-65# - $235 cash
- Dogs 65-80# - $250 cash
- Credit Card Fee of $6.57 added per dog
- $27 handling fee for the following breeds: Shiba Inu, Cocker Spaniel, Shar Pei, Akita, Chow Chow
- We cannot see dogs over #80
- For card payments, an $8 card processing fee will be added.
