Pandemic Return Policy

Due to the increase in consumer demand for the products that we provide for your Petz, we’ve decided it imperative that we temporarily amend our return policy.
Return of products purchased in excess during this Pandemic Event, will NOT be accepted by Petz Place.

Many consumers have purchased Pet food in excess of their Petz normal consumption. We at Petz Place have worked diligently with our suppliers to meet the increased demand and fulfill our consumer’s wishes.

However, for the following reasons we will not accept the return of these excessively purchased products:
1) Package and or product contamination due to the potential of Coronavirus exposure.
2) Inventory Levels. We’ve increased our levels to meet the demand and consequently cannot randomly add excessive inventory back through the return process.
