REFUND POLICY

Returns and exchanges are accepted by Petz Place. Dog and Cat food is returnable with original receipt, even if your pet simply wouldn't  eat it or was not doing well with it. Opened Pet food cans are not returnable. Exchanges will be accepted w/o receipt. All other products are returnable w/receipt providing the product is returned in it's original packaging. Dog and Cat toys are not indestructible and will not be returned.
