Rabies Vaccination Required: For the health and safety of all pets and our grooming team, a current rabies vaccination is required for all grooming services. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to service.

OUR GROOMERS ARE AVAILABLE MON-SAT (no grooming on Sundays)

Additional charges may apply based on the time and services required. An additional fee may apply for unforeseen circumstances or additional grooming needs that require our groomer to spend more time with your pet than the standard grooming service allows.

Examples may include hand-scissoring coats, extensive coat work, or other grooming needs that require additional time.

Additional fees will be discussed with the pet parent when applicable.

BEFORE YOUR GROOMING APPOINTMENT Deposits, cancellations & rescheduling made simple

GROOMING DEPOSIT POLICY — Effective November 1, 2026

To help reduce missed and last-minute canceled appointments and ensure appointment availability for all of our grooming customers, we will require a 50% deposit when booking a grooming appointment.

🐾 Your Deposit

A 50% deposit of your scheduled grooming service is required when your appointment is booked.
Your deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your grooming service.
The deposit is not an additional fee — it goes toward your scheduled grooming service.

🐾 Need to Cancel or Reschedule?

With 24 hours or more notice:

Your deposit can be refunded if you cancel.
If you reschedule, your deposit can be transferred to your new appointment.

🐾 Less Than 24 Hours' Notice

Your deposit will be forfeited.
A new 50% deposit will be required to schedule another grooming appointment.

🐾 No-Shows

The 50% deposit will be forfeited.
A new deposit will be required for future appointments.

🐾 What Does “24 Hours” Mean?

The 24-hour cutoff is based on your scheduled appointment time.

For example, if your appointment is Tuesday at 10:00 a.m., you must cancel or reschedule by Monday at 10:00 a.m. to avoid losing your deposit.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible.
