We know veterinary costs have climbed in recent years — our goal is to make essential care accessible, compassionate, and convenient for our community.
Below are Dr. Ryan’s upcoming walk-in clinic dates and hours. Clinic hours may change, so please check back for the most current schedule. New dates are posted approximately one month in advance.

SERVICES WE OFFER
VACCINES & APPOINTMENTS
No exam fee for vaccines
$60 consultation fee for a 30-minute appointment.
Standard vaccine appointments: Please note we are currently only accepting walk-in appointments.
MICROCHIPPING
We offer microchipping for dogs and cats at only $45
Microchipping is a quick and simple way to provide your pet with permanent identification. A tiny microchip is placed just under the skin and can be scanned by veterinarians and shelters to help reunite lost pets with their families. These microchips are compatible for international travel.
PRESCRIPTIONS AND SUPPLEMENTS
We carry a curated selection of medications for your pet’s ongoing care, including:
- Heartworm prevention
- Flea & tick prevention
- Select antibiotics and anti-inflammatories
- Oral sedatives
We also offer chronic medications at prices that beat Chewy’s! Please give us advanced notice so that we can make sure we have the medication in stock.
Written prescriptions are available upon request.
We do not accept faxes or emails from online pharmacies, and we do not call prescriptions into pharmacies.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
We want every visit to be a positive one — for pets, owners, and our team. We are not a full-service animal hospital. Our focus is on vaccines, wellness care, and treatment of common conditions such as ear infections, skin infections, urinary tract infections, and valley fever. We do not perform surgeries, dental cleanings, x-rays, or euthanasia services. If your pet needs advanced care, we can refer you to a full-service veterinary hospital. You will receive an emailed copy of all exam notes and services performed, including rabies certificates. Payment is due at the time of service. We do not offer payment plans or additional discounts. Because we value safety, we cannot see aggressive or severely fearful pets. If your pet requires a muzzle, we ask that you medicate them with a sedative prescribed in advance. We strive to make visits as low-stress as possible for all animals in our care.
VACCINE REACTIONS
Vaccine reactions can occasionally occur — even with high-quality vaccines.
In dogs, reactions may include vomiting, hives, facial swelling, lethargy, or diarrhea.
In cats, reactions may look like fever, hiding, decreased appetite, or lethargy.
If a reaction occurs while we are open, we can administer:
- Dexamethasone (steroid) – $25
- Diphenhydramine (antihistamine) – $25

Dogs:
- DAPP – $30
- Rabies – $30

Vaccine Packages:
- Any 2 vaccines – $55
- Any 3 – $80
- All 4 – $100
Cats:
We use non-adjuvanted recombinant vaccines for Rabies and FeLV — safer, though more costly, than adjuvanted options.

DIAGNOSTICS

CYTOPOINT INJECTIONS
Cytopoint is a monoclonal antibody that can help reduce itching in dogs that have environmental allergies.
Cytopoint is charged by weight (in pounds).
The initial injection is given at the time of an exam, which is $60 for the exam. There are no additional exam fees for subsequent injections as long as the yearly exam is up-to-date and your dog is only coming in for a Cytopoint injection.

We partner with trusted veterinary labs to offer affordable wellness panels and specialized tests. Here is a list of some of the more common labs we send off.

Ear Cleaning (per ear) – $20
Osurnia (long-acting ear medication) – $25 per ear
Anal Gland Expression – $40
Nail Trim (with vaccines only) – $25
Wound Care (minor clip/clean) – $40
Subcutaneous Fluids – $50
PAYMENT & POLICIES
Payment is due at the time services are provided.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT
A little preparation can help make your visit easier.
Please bring any relevant vaccination records, medical history or current medication information for your pet.
Our clinic is walk-in — no appointment necessary during scheduled clinic hours.
ANESTHESIA FREE DENTAL CLEANING
Veterinary Supervised Teeth Cleaning for Dogs & Cats
Available at Petz Place approximately every 30–45 days.
A $35 deposit will hold your appointment for the next scheduled clinic.
Clinic Pricing:
- Dogs under 50# – $200 cash
- Dogs 50–65# – $235 cash
- Dogs 65–80# – $250 cash
- Credit Card Fee – $6.57 added per dog
- $27 handling fee for Shiba Inu, Cocker Spaniel, Shar Pei, Akita and Chow Chow
- Dogs over 80# cannot be seen
- For card payments, an $8 card processing fee will be added.
