Q: DO YOU OFFER GROOMING SERVICES?
A: Yes we do. Feel free to stop in by the store or give us a call to schedule an appointment. We do want our customers to know that our grooming services are available seven days a week.
Q: DO YOU SELL RAW PET FOOD?
A: Absolutely. Raw pet food is one of the healthiest dietary choices you can make for your furry friend.
Q: DO YOU HAVE A DRIVE THROUGH?
A: Yes. Typically the drive through is great for the customers who are on the go.
Q: WHAT ARE YOUR STORE HOURS?
A: We are open seven days a week. Our hours are: Monday through Friday - 9am-8pm, Saturday - 9am-6pm, and Sunday 9am-5pm.
Q: IS THIS REALLY A FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS?
A: Yes and our family has owned this business here in Goodyear since 2011 and have been in the pet business since 2002.
Q: WHAT MAKES YOUR STORE DIFFERENT?
A: Our team members. We pride ourselves on putting the needs of our customers first and we only hire folks that really enjoy making the lives of pets better.
Q: ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES KNOWLEDGEABLE?
A: Yes. We use pet store pro which is a training program provided by the pet distributors association to help independents businesses keep their employees knowledgeable about the industry.
Q: DO YOU OFFER ANY VETERINARIAN SERVICES AT YOUR STORE?
Yes. We work with several businesses that come to our store once a month to provide low cost spay and neuters, vaccinations, and more.
